Manufacturer-Backed Materials
Covered product and material defects are handled according to the applicable manufacturer's lifetime warranty. When an approved warranty claim requires replacement material, the covered materials are supplied through the manufacturer according to its written warranty terms.
Bella Lifetime Labor
For qualifying covered warranty repairs, Bella Bath & Shower provides the labor required to remove and reinstall covered components supplied under an approved manufacturer warranty claim, subject to the Bella Lifetime Labor Warranty terms.

Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions
The Bella Lifetime Warranty is intended to provide long-term protection for qualifying bathroom projects completed by Bella Bath & Shower. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms of the applicable manufacturer warranty and Bella's written Lifetime Labor Warranty.
Unless otherwise provided in writing, warranty coverage does not include damage caused by:
- Abuse, misuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
- Damage caused by another contractor, homeowner or third party.
- Structural movement or failure unrelated to Bella's installation.
- Plumbing failures originating outside the Bella-installed system.
- Acts of nature, flooding, fire, hurricanes or other casualty events.
- Unauthorized alterations, modifications or repairs.
- Normal cosmetic wear that is not considered a manufacturing or installation defect.
Manufacturer warranties may contain additional exclusions, limitations, registration requirements and claim procedures. The applicable manufacturer's written warranty governs material coverage.
Bella's Lifetime Labor Warranty applies only to qualifying warranty repairs related to products and work originally provided and installed by Bella Bath & Shower and does not create coverage for items excluded by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
